Marina Lerma is an Orlando local and proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she majored in Economics with a minor in Legal Studies.
Her professional journey began in public service, working in the U.S. Senate on affordable housing and immigration policy, and later as an immigration paralegal. Those experiences gave her a deep understanding of the challenges families face when moving, settling, and building a future in a new place. Coming from Venezuela, and making Orlando her home since childhood, she know firsthand the importance of finding not just a house, but a true home and community.
Outside of real estate, she stays active in her community by volunteering with Circles, a poverty solutions group. She also loves discovering new Orlando hotspots, staying active, and spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs. Today, as a woman of faith and part of the Pozek Group, she combines her passion for service with her expertise in real estate to guide clients with care, confidence, and dedication every step of the way.
